How to Order
Simply browse our site and make your selection by entering
the quantity you require, and clicking on the Buy Now
button. This will add the selected products to your Shopping
Basket and you will be automatically forwarded to the
Shopping Basket page after each product you add.
Simply click on continue shopping to add more products.
If you need to amend the quantity, enter the new value in
the box and then click Update Totals.
To delete an item, tick the relevent product in the select
column and click Delete.
When you have finished adding your products, click on the
Checkout button and enter your details in the relevant
boxes.

Do I have to register with PayPal in order to make
a payment?
No. This is not necessary. When you arrive at the PayPal
page you will see an option to log in for members, or to
sign-up for non-members. However, you will also see an option
to make payment with a credit card, without becoming a member.

Credit Card Security?
Credit card information is never seen by us as all transactions
are carried out on the Paypal website, which is totally
secure.

Are there alternative ways to place an order?
Yes. If you don't have a credit card or prefer not to use
it, you can pay by personal cheque, postal order or bankers
draft. Simply select the appropriate options in the dropdown
menu, print the order form off when prompted and send it
to us along with your payment.

How long will I have to
wait for delivery?
All deliveries are made by second class post. Please allow
10/14 days for delivery of your goods, although the majority
of orders will be delivered within 7 days. Delivery is £1.50
for all orders under £10 and prices quoted are for
UK mainland delivery only, excluding the Scottish Highlands.

What happens if my goods are faulty?
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty
on delivery, please email us and we will attend to the problem
without delay. Please note that we do not provide any form
of further product guarantee or warranty.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We are happy to quote for delivery anywhere in the world.
Please contact us by e-mail for a quotation stating which
goods you are interested in, how quickly you need them,
and the delivery address.
